Sunrise Engagement at Fleming Beach, Maui

I recently had the pleasure to photograph a sunrise engagement session with Alexis and Tyler at Fleming Beach. As a photographer, there's something magical about capturing the first light of day, and this session was no exception!

Alexis and Tyler are young couple from California, reached out to me shortly after their engagement. They wanted their engagement photos to reflect their love story in a candid way, mixed with some posed shots. After discussing various options, we decided on a sunrise session at Fleming Beach, known for its quiet, peaceful vibes.

On the day of the shoot, Alexis and Tyler arrived in stylish, yet comfortable outfits. Alexis wore a beautiful off-white slip dress, while Tyler went for white linen pants and a shirt. Their outfits perfectly complemented the beach setting and added a touch of elegance to the photos.

During the session, Alexis and Tyler were very open to experiment with different poses and prompts, which made the session flow smoothly. As the session progressed, we experienced a few weather changes, which added a nice variety of moods and tones to the photo collection. One of the highlights of the session was at the very end when Alexis and Tyler decided to jump into the ocean in their outfits. This moment led to some fun and memorable photos! The photos turned out to be a perfect blend of romance and playfulness. Each image tells a part of Alexis and Tyler's love story, capturing their personalities and the sweet connection they share.
